Co-Owner/ Support Coordinator
Amie Smith
Amie Has been a Support Coordinator for over 15 years. She has a Bachelors of Sociology from Westminster College. She is married and a mother to 3 boys. She is very active and enjoys running, and being social with her family and friends.

Emily Corbitt
Emily has a Bachelors of Social Science from Westminster College and a Masters of Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. She is married and a mother to 3 daughters. She enjoys hiking and camping and being outdoors.

Marissa Perea
As a compliance officer, Marissa brings a deep commitment to ensuring ethical standards and regulatory adherence, rooted in her passion for the human experience. Balancing her roles as a devoted wife and mother of three, she thrives on quality time with her family, enriching both her personal and professional outlooks. Marissa is dedicated to fostering integrity and empathy within every facet of her work, driven by iced coffee and a belief in the power of ethical practices to enhance lives and communities.

Valorie Dodart
Valorie is a fun mom to three young men. Her youngest was born with multiple disabilities. He sparked her passion to work and advocate for people with disabilities. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. She enjoys being outside and going to National Parks.

Chelyse Ihde
Chelyse graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Some of her interests include traveling, sports, reading and being around her friends and family. She has a passion for helping people improve the quality of their lives and making an impact.

Divine Tanuvasa-Fuaga Smith
Divine was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology and a minor in Teaching English to Speakers of Other languages. She is currently pursuing a Master's of Public Administration at Utah Valley University. She enjoys going to the movies, the Utah Jazz, taking her kids to playgrounds and splash pads and looking for good deals on anything!

Delia Sanders
Delia is a fun and energetic person who enjoys camping, hiking and thrifting. She graduated from Utah State in the top 8% of her class with a degree in Sociology and minor in disability studies. She has 2 years of ASL and can communicate with it intermediately. She has served our community in a variety of roles from being direct care staff to peer mentoring in the Aggies Elevated program. She has a huge passion for serving our community and is a strong advocate.

Melanie Wall
Melanie has a Bachelors of Nursing from the Univeristy of Utah. She been a nurse for 8.5 years. She also has her OCN (Oncology) certification. Her nursing credentials are RN, BSN and OCN. She has been working in healthcare for over 20 years. She is married and has 2 boys and a daughter. She loves being a soccer mom and spending time with her kids and husband. Melanie love making a difference in people's lives and would be a fantastic addition to your support team.

Kelly Washburn
Kelly is passionate about making a difference! Rather it’s home with her blended family, at work or in the community, helping others has always been a priority.
Her family knows how crucial support can be from personal experince in having a child in DSPD services.
Kelly completed her Bachelor’s Degree in 2013 majoring in Psychology. She’s worked in Human Resources for approximately 20 years and also has seven years of experience working in Special Education. In fact, she played an integral part in opening a charter school which caters to the needs of those with autism.

Melanie Wolf
Melanie has a passion for helping others which shines through her diverse experiences. Melanie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah. She is married with three children and finds joy in outdoor adventures like camping, kayaking, and hiking. Melanie's dedication extends beyond her personal interests; she has been actively involved with the Festival of Trees Utah since 2007 and has a wealth of professional experience in healthcare and educational settings, supporting individuals with disabilities.

Josh Sanders
Josh Sanders is energetic and a lot of fun. He is a father of 3, High School teacher, youth sports coach and avid mountain biker. He has a bachelors from Carol College and is a certified mediator.

Carolyn Gardner
Carolyn Gardner is an experienced Special Education teacher with a long-standing career dedicated to supporting students with diverse needs. Most recently, she has taught adults aged 18-22 with severe disabilities at Vista Education Campus in the Davis School District. Throughout her career, Carolyn has gained extensive experience working with students with autism and behavioral challenges. She holds a Master’s Certification in autism and has specialized in behavior management, post-high school transition, social skills development, and employment support. Carolyn is deeply committed to empowering individuals to become as independent as possible, believing that every person is a valuable contributor to society and that true fulfillment comes from doing as much as they can for themselves.
Outside of her professional life, Carolyn finds joy in spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Her happiest moments are spent horseback riding in the mountains, where she feels most at peace. Carolyn is also passionate about outdoor activities and enjoys competing in triathlons.
